Collect and connect ideas from the web and books with Findings.com
We’ve been working to create the best way to save and share writing from anywhere. With this new version of Findings, we can create a platform connecting ideas from web and print in a way no other site has accomplished.
Some features have been revamped - web clipping is either at its most efficient, with the clip button appearing beside the cursor or web clipping can be a creative process, hit ‘customize’ while clipping to play with fonts and textures for the clip.
We’ve added the ability to create collections. With collections, you can organize and beautifully display a grouping of clips. Some of ours: Favorite Fitzgerald Fragments, Love, One-Liners, Bears. Collections are a fun, simple, and creative way to manage clips.
Explore has been added, we surface related ideas to the clip in the right sidebar. With Explore, you can endlessly follow an idea through Findings. Interested in learning more about the content in a clip? Click the right sidebar to begin.
Most of all, we want the text to be elevated. We’re all about words and this new version reflects that. The content is large and centered in the page, all supplemental information defers to it. We want the experience of reading through streams to be absorbing and informative.
You are our highest priority. We’ve been working to create the best environment for quoting from sources and any feedback is encourage. Email us feedback@findings.com or tweet @findings. We’re excited for you to use the new Findings.
